We're a crew of passionate young adults on a mission to build connection, growth and independence for people with disabilities through adventure across Victoria.
That Disability Adventure Company
That Disability Adventure Company (TDAC for short) started because we saw a gap. Too many disability services felt boring, outdated, or just not built for young people. We wanted to change that.
We create a safe, supportive environment packed with opportunities to connect, grow, and have a genuinely great time. Everything we run is designed to help you build real confidence while being part of a crew that gets you.
With the average age of our support workers being 25, we get it. We're young, experienced, energetic, and we genuinely care about every single person who comes on board with us.

What do we get up to?
From one-off epic days out to regular weekly sessions that help build life skills, there's something for everyone. We run group activities, one-to-one support, life skill workshops and short term respite.
