How TDAC Supports Support Coordinators and Their Participants
Support coordinators have a hard, important job. You're balancing a participant's goals, their funding, their wellbeing and a stack of providers, all while making referrals you can stand behind. You know exactly what good looks like for the people you support.
Our job is to make that easier. We're a social and community participation provider across South East Melbourne, Gippsland and the Mornington Peninsula, and we work closely with coordinators to get genuine outcomes for the participants they place with us. Here's how we support you and the people you look after.

We make the referral process easy
You've got enough on your plate. When you refer someone to us, we take the load off, not add to it. We handle the service agreements, the NDIS paperwork and the onboarding, and we keep it moving so nothing drags. You make the introduction, and we sort the rest.
We're honest about fit
You know better than anyone that the wrong placement can set someone back. So we won't pretend to be right for every participant. We mainly work with young adults aged 18 to 45+ and up with mild to moderate disabilities, and we're built around being social, making friends and getting amongst a bit of adventure. If someone you're supporting would thrive in that environment, brilliant. If they wouldn't, we'll say so. An honest no from us protects your participant and your reputation.
We keep you in the loop
You can't coordinate well in the dark. We keep communication clear and consistent, so you always know how a participant is tracking, what they're engaging with, and how they're progressing. When it comes time to report or prepare for a plan reassessment, you've got real information to work with, not guesswork.

We focus on engagement, because that's what works
A referral only counts if the participant actually wants to be there. That's why we build everything around what people enjoy, with real goals in mind and a genuine focus on developing them. Participants who look forward to their sessions get more out of them, stay engaged, and show the kind of progress that's worth reporting. High engagement makes your job easier and the funding easier to justify.
We solve the practical stuff
Transport sinks more placements than anything else, so we take it off the table. We can arrange transport to and from activities, or work flexibly if a participant would rather meet at the venue or save on funding. Whatever keeps the placement running smoothly, we'll sort it.
We deliver outcomes you can stand behind
Everything we do is aimed at real growth: confidence, communication, independence and genuine connection. Whether it's group activities, life skills or one-to-one support, participants don't just attend, they build skills and friendships that show up across the rest of their lives. That's the kind of outcome that makes a referral worth it, and keeps social funding secure at the next plan.

Let's work together
If you've got a participant who'd thrive with a younger, social, adventure focused crew, we'd love to hear from you. Tell us about them and we'll be straight with you about whether we're the right fit.
